DIY Kitchens Baths Cabinets, PASHA CABINETS makes every effort to ensure you receive your material as ordered. We are committed to customer satisfaction. Please read and sign the following terms and conditions. PASHA CABINETS brand is a part of DIY Kitchens | Baths. Application of these terms: The customer “you” agree to be bound by these terms, which together with your confirmed sales order constitute the entire contract
between you and DIY Cabinets (Pasha Cabinets). No other terms or conditions including any pre-printed terms and conditions stated in or on any quotation, sales order, invoice, or delivery ticket shall supersede, supplement, or amend the terms herein. In the event of any conflict between these terms and any quotation, sales order, invoice, or delivery ticket, these terms shall control. No modifications to these terms and no waiver thereof shall be effective against DIY Cabinets (Pasha Cabinets) unless in writing and signed by a DIY Cabinets (Pasha Cabinets) authorized representative. You will be deemed to have agreed to these terms if you accept any portion of the products you order from DIY Cabinets (Pasha Cabinets).
PLACING ORDERS: Please review the sales order for accuracy before you confirm. DIY Cabinets (Pasha Cabinets) is not liable for errors on confirmed sales
orders. A written order confirmation and full payment are required as a precondition to DIY Cabinets (Pasha Cabinets) processing your order. You may only
confirm your order by signing your sales order in person or confirming your order through email. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by DIY Cabinets (Pasha Cabinets), all orders must be paid in full at the point of sale. Orders will not be processed for pick up or delivery until 100% payment is tendered and/or reconciled. DIY Cabinets (Pasha Cabinets) reserves the right to accept or decline a customer’s order at any time for any reason. There is a $35.00 fee for dishonored/returned checks and payments. Cut off time for placing Pasha and Other brand orders is Monday through Friday 1:00 p.m. (EST). Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. are processed on the next business day. All other vendors and manufacturers have their own cut off times, please ask your CSR for details.
Your pickup/delivery date is noted on your sales order confirmation. Such a date is subject to change. DIY Cabinets (Pasha Cabinets) does not guarantee delivery
/pickup dates and availability of items. After your order is confirmed, no changes or cancellations can be made to the order. All confirmed orders are final. Rush orders are available for some vendors only and will be subject to an additional rush fee of 10%-35%. DIY Cabinets (Pasha Cabinets) does not offer services such as white glove delivery, loading or offloading, installation, repairs, measurements, or home/job site visits.
All quotations will be honored for 10 business days from the date the quotation was generated.
PRODUCT DELIVERY: Deliveries must be received by an authorized representative 18 years or older. All job site deliveries require an authorized signature for proof of delivery. Please check the item color, size, and quantity received before signing the delivery ticket. Once the ticket is signed, all items on the ticket are considered delivered in full and in good condition, unless otherwise noted on the ticket before the driver departs the delivery location. Our drivers have a delivery schedule they must adhere to. If you have no representative to receive your delivery, the driver will attempt to contact the point of contact listed on the delivery ticket and will wait no more than 15 minutes for a representative to arrive to accept your delivery. Subsequent attempts for job site deliveries will result in a delivery fee for each attempt. All job site deliveries are one-man curbside/ tailgate service. The receiver of your order is required to assist with unloading the delivery. The delivery location must be accessible for a truck that is 13’6’ high and 102” wide. At least (1) day prior to the scheduled delivery, DIY Kitchens Baths Cabinets (Pasha Cabinets) will call the point of contact to confirm the delivery timeframe and ensure the customer will be available to accept the delivery. Delivery fees are determined based on mileage from DIY
Kitchens Baths Cabinets (Pasha Cabinets) Madison, VA. For any order in which the customer chooses delivery, the delivery address must be the same address as the job site delivery address on the order.
PICKUPS: You are responsible for checking off all items listed on your delivery/pickup ticket. When you sign the delivery/pickup ticket, all items unless otherwise noted will be considered received in full and in good condition. DIY Kitchens Baths Cabinets (Pasha Cabinets) will not be held liable for any missing items that were not documented at pickup. Any items not picked up after 15 business days from our showroom/warehouse will be considered abandoned and not subject to a refund.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM REPLACEMENT: When unpacking your order, please immediately inspect for any damages and defects at that time. Please Note: DIY Kitchens Baths Cabinets (Pasha Cabinets) does not open the packaging of custom and/or unassembled items received from a manufacturer to inspect the contents prior to pick up or delivery. Inspection of items is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please do not assemble, modify, or install any damaged or defective items. The vendors will not honor the replacement/claim request of assembled, modified or installed items. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must file a claim within 24 hours of pick up or delivery of the damaged/defective items, or any claim for such item or defect is waived. To make a claim, you must take 1 clear picture of the entire item that is damaged or defective and 1 close picture of the damaged area alone, then email the pictures to your customer service representative along with your company name, order number/SO#, and the exact size and color of the item. DIY Kitchens Baths Cabinets (Pasha Cabinets) will review all properly made claims and reserves the right to physically inspect the item(s) in question for damage or defect. DIY Kitchens Baths Cabinets (Pasha Cabinets), the vendor, and /or manufacturer may deny a claim in its sole discretion upon the determination that the item(s) in question are not damaged or defective. Replacement of damaged or defective items is the customer’s sole and exclusive remedy for such damage or defect.
RETURNS: Only PASHA Cabinets are returnable! Other vendors and manufacturers do not accept returns. All returned items must be in the same condition as received. We do not accept returns if the item has been assembled, modified, or installed. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be inspected for damages by DIY Kitchens Baths Cabinets (Pasha Cabinets) prior to receiving store credit. Assembly fees, credit card fees, and processing and handling fee are not refundable. Only store credit will be issued.
INDEMNIFICATION: Customer shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless DIY Kitchens Baths Cabinets (Pasha Cabinets), it’s shareholders, directors, officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from or related to these terms and/or customer’s order from DIY Kitchens Baths Cabinets (Pasha Cabinets), including, but not limited to, claims arising out of or related to the delivery and/or installation of the items ordered, except to the extent caused by DIY Kitchens Baths Cabinets (Pasha Cabinets)’ willful misconduct or gross negligence
